This the daily scene coming off the Taipei Bridge. Doesn’t anyone drive cars or is it too dangerous? Maybe there is a car mixed in between the scooters but we just can’t spot it. It’s like the Taiwan version of Where’s Waldo? A Prius! I see a Prius!
I’m not sure of the exact number people in Taiwan who ride scooters but judging from this video a good guess would be EVERYONE. EVERYONE rides a scooter.
