Have you ever wondered what life would be like without alcohol? Well, the folks over at BuzzFeed cobbled together this statistically-driven outlook on what the world might be like without grandpappy’s ‘ol medicine.
If I was a Magic-8 Ball I’d likely say: outlook not so good….I mean, marijuana prohibition is bad enough, but life without booze?!?! Yes, more people would theoretically live. But isn’t it just possible that those people who are dying from self-destruction might find another poison to fuel their demise? Methinks so.
But on the other hand, think of all the wonderful things we’d miss out on? Like streakers at sporting events, or projectile vomiting after keg stands? I for one cannot imagine a world without hooch, and am slightly unsettled by this propaganda existing in 2014….Clearly funded by BIG MARIJUANA lobbyists, right?
