Art is very subjective, obviously. But this girl is in a class who is not at all a fan of her work. The end result: The girl loses her mind and snaps her painting in half.
She lost me at “abstract” art. I care about as much about art as I care about amateur botany but there’s nothing abstract about this. There are kid drawings of elephants that are more abstract and substantive. Anyway, the kids in her class seem like total dicks and she reacted in kind. They all deserve each other in a never-ending stream of self-congratulation and defeat, in that order.
