Last week a crazy rabbit made a suicide run across a busy street. I happened to be the car that mauled him to death. It tore me up inside, it really did. I’m not a sensitive man per se, but hearing the crunch of an animal’s skull under my tire was um, not the easiest thing to get over.
My point in all of this is…let’s have cops stop traffic when animals cross the road. It’s just easier and less heartbreaking.
