The Financial Review made many mistakes on the front page of their popular daily newspaper. One mistake was hilarious but accurate.
The Australian newspaper ran headlines like “Joe Hockey headline here” and “Hockey headline” on the front page but the best mistake came in a sub-heading to a large feature story about World War I.
In case you can’t read the circled text, it states: Arms Buildup/Buys Planes/World is Fukt.
Yup, sounds about right — back then and certainly now.
