Police have released a bizarre cell phone video showing a man riding on the trunk of car. It happened in Charlotte North Carolina along Interstate 77.
Near the end of the video, it appears as if the man is trying to bust the glass to gain entry into the car. The man is reported to have gained entry into the vehicle driven by a woman, and allegedly with a child in the vehicle.
Authorities searched the area after receiving numerous calls about the incident but were unable to track the car down.They suspect that the man and the female driver are known to each other but have few other leads.
