A TV crew from the TV Globo news program stopped a local woman on the street. Their question — did she think there had been a rise in thefts and crime in the downtown Rio.
Before she could answer, the lady’s necklace was snatched right off her shoulder. The reporter and cameraman take off after the crook, who gets way in traffic, and without the woman’s necklace.
