Only In Russia: Locals Rafting Waves From Trucks On Flooded Roads Looks Like A Helluva Time

Apparently parts of Russia have been experiencing heavy flooding this week, which means flooded highways. But only in Russia do you see the locals take to the flooded highways to raft the waves thrown off from the semis and other trucks.

Stateside everyone would be too freaked out over stubbing a toenail, or gasoline runoff in the water, to ever seize a glorious opportunity like this. Though we have been known to go wakeboarding behind trucks in times of flooding, so maybe I retract that previous statement. Either way, let’s look at that glorious ‘Only In Russia’ fun once more in GIF, shall we?
