A coroner pronounced 87-year-old Walter Williams dead on Wednesday. The coroner was wrong. DEAD WRONG!

The Mississippi man was even bagged up and shipped off to see a mortician after his family said their final goodbyes. The mortician called the family later that afternoon because “something didn’t seem right.”

“The mortician said something wasn’t right. His leg started moving,” said daughter Martha Lewis. Then Williams woke up and embraced his family again. After the initial excitement, the family paused to reflect. “Seemed like he had more life in him again, and then we had just stopped talking, and he told us ‘what did you all stop talking for?'” recalled Lewis.

According to reports, Williams’ doctors have no medical explanation for the man coming back to life (or just not being dead) and the coroner calls it a “miracle” because he wants to keep his job.
