US Marines field testing LS3 robot during RIMPAC 2014, robot apocalypse coming any day now

RIMPAC, the world’s largest international maritime exercise, is currently underway in Hawaii. This video of U.S. Marines field testing the LS3 robot is proof the robot apocalypse is imminent.

Technology has gone too far, this thing walks as freely as a farm animal, can be equipped with artillery and/or survival rations, and will eventually be the demise of human civilization as we know it.

According to Hawaii247:

Each LS3 carries up to 400 lbs of gear and enough fuel for a 20-mile mission lasting 24 hours. LS3 automatically follows its leader using computer vision, so it does not need a dedicated driver.
