To be very honest, I had no idea who Luke Bryan up until now, but after seeing how hard his fans party, I may have to attend a concert. 50,000 Pittsburghers ascended upon Heinz Field early on Saturday to get a prime tailgate location in preparation for the country music concert by Luke Bryan. The concertgoers partied intensely and that resulted in 15 fights, more than 100 911 calls, at least 18 arrests and 37 citations, which is a vast improvement from last year’s Kenny Chesney concert where 73 people were arrested or cited, paramedics treated 150 and there was 45,000 to 60,000 pounds of garbage left in the parking lots. One area that did not improve was individuals faceplanting. This gentleman was caught by WPXI news cameras obviously massively inebriated and not having the best sense of balance. He was taken to the hospital after falling on his face. On the downside he missed the Luke Bryan concert, but on the bright side he did make the local news.
