Victoria Justice understands fashion.
The last time we checked in on former Nickelodeon star Victoria Justice we were pretty sure that she wasn’t wearing any underpants. We’re still not 100% sure though. That being said, we are definitely certain that Victoria Justice was not wearing a bra under her fancy, sparkly dress this week.
Personally, I think this was a good choice for what you wear to a movie premiere. Especially a movie premiere about a fashion designer called Jeremy Scott: The People’s Designer. I don’t know if this dress was one of his designs, but either way, whoever created it I applaud you.
