Jennifer Lawrence’s Cleavage, Funny Speech Won The Producers Guild Awards

In case you had something more important to do, which wouldn’t have been that hard, you may have missed the Producers Guild Awards and an appearance by Jennifer Lawrence that was definitely the highlight of the evening’s festivities.

Lawrence, who admittedly does not enjoy public speaking, was somehow convinced to present Jon Feltheimer, CEO of Lionsgate (the Hunger Games’ movie studio), with the Milestone Award. Despite her misgivings about presenting she still managed to be the Jennifer Lawrence we know and love, opening with these gems, “Hello, past, present, and hopefully future employers. I wish I’d have thought to ask one of you for a Xanax, whoo! I normally say no to this kind of thing on the account of my crippling anxiety and the unbreakable bond between woman and couch, but I when I heard it was for Feltheimer, I had to say yes because I just assumed that I was contractually obligated.”

She continued dropping the humor on the crowd talking about how she already had the dress picked out when she found out she wasn’t contractually obligated to give the speech, how her career will probably die at age 35 and how the Hunger Games was a “large fucking failure” in what turned out to be yet another J-Law moment for the record books.
