  • On Tuesday we learned through the Palm Beach Post that Tiger Woods is just days away from moving into his $55 million bachelor pad and dream practice complex on Jupiter Island, Florida. All he's waiting for is for is Elin Nordegren to move into her new beachfront home in Palm Beach County. Back in March, Woods called the 12-acre manison and four-hole golf complex "phenomenal," pointing out its numerous features on his website:

I'm excited about that and even more excited about my new practice facility. It's phenomenal. Working with my team, I designed the short-game facility and oversaw its construction. It features four greens, six bunkers with different depths and kinds of sand, a video center and a putting studio. If no wind is blowing, the longest club I can hit is a 7-iron. It's also set up so I can hit shots out of my second-story studio.

Waking up and hitting shots from the balcony of your "studio?" Yeah, sure, he just dropped out of the Top-20 for the first time since 1997, but that's living the dream right there, ladies and gentlemen. Read all about his personal practice facility here. Other features of Tiger's private oceanside country club? A tennis court, a gym, a lap pool, and a dock for his $10 million yacht, "Privacy." Click on the pics above to check out the property.
