Woah. Pat Riley, president of the Miami Heat, apparently knows how to BALL. This was his five-bedroom waterfront home on a peninsula in in Coral Gables, Florida, overlooking the Biscayne Bay. Earlier this week he sold the two acre property for $16.75M. Though Riley purchased it in 1996 for $6 mil, the home was originally listed for $23 million two years ago. The pool looks prime for a rager. A total party palace. Click for more pics, via Cosby Sweaters.
