Michael Phelps is apparently one hell of a multi-tasker because while he's across the pond trying to decorate himself in medals, he's also selling his bachelor pad in Baltimore. He bought the condo for $1.7M back in '07 but he's selling at a $300K loss because sometimes it's fun to lose money, you guys. (His motives are obviously unclear to me.) Phelps' condo might not be the most impressive piece of property we've ever posted but it's kind of relevant since it's the Olympics and because the news wants it to be. Who am I to argue with that?
