VIDEO: Man Wants to Replace 3D Glasses with Rapid-Blinking Technology

Watching 3D no Glasses

We're pretty sure (actually we know) this is a joke by just another crazy Frenchman looking for attention, but this guy claims that he's created the ability to see 3-D images on a 120Hz screen without using glasses. How does he do it? By alternatively opening and closing his left and right eyes hundreds of times a minute to create a stereoscopic effect, similar to 3D Active Shutter Glasses. And he does that by attaching little doohickeys to the sides of his face that send electric pulses to his eyelids. It's very cool, very freaky, and probably very fake, although some claim that they saw him showing off the technology at CES earlier this month. Either way, the video is well worth a watch.
