Bruce Campbell calls himself a 62-year-old nerd, but would a nerd do something as badass as live in a repurposed 727 passenger jet? OK, maybe they would. But it’s still pretty sweet.

The Oregon-based plane enthusiast has sunk a total of $200,000 into making the 200-person aircraft livable. As you can see from this tour, though, it’s not exactly the most comfortable house in the entire world. Hey, at least it can withstand 575 mph wind shears. That’s super-important.

I could see the pick-up line, “Want to go back to my jet?” going either way at the bar. Might attract a real interesting breed.
