Even if you hate sci-fi everything, how can you not get excited about this show? Jon Favreau (the director of "Iron Man") and JJ Abrams (executive producer of "Lost") teamed up for a post-apocalyptic series about the human race getting cut off cold turkey from the drug of electricity. The show's plot revolves around the anarachy and social disorder of a world in which all electronic devices cease functioning. Rendered useless, governments collapse to militias on horseback and modern marvels like Capital Building, the streets of Manhattan, and Wrighly Field become overgrown with weeds. Justice is delt via crossbow. The trailer doesn't establish why quite yet, but the driving force of the show is how to turn the lights back on 15 years after they were shut off. Starts this Fall on Mondays. "Lost" fans, get ready for your new obsession.
