Is anyone else watching the same video as me? Is that pastor saying what I think he's saying?

I'm 80% sure this isn't a parody. I looked into the West Dubuque 2nd Church of Christ and pastor Jim Colerick is still the same pastor. All I can say is WOW and I bet this shit wouldn't fly at the West Dubuque 1st Church of Christ.
