Brommunity treasure Seth MacFarlane will be making his highly/anxiously anticipated debut as Academy Award Host next Sunday. In my somewhat qualified opinion, this was one of the better years we've seen in quite sometime. Movies like Argo, Zero Dark Thirty, Django, Lincoln, and more battle it out for the wide range of accolades, many of which, in my, fine, much less qualified opinion, would fare a lot better if they found themselves in a more JaMarcus-like draft class.

But perhaps the most understated and dopely moving nominee of them all is David O. Russell's "Sliver Linings Playbook." A movie about real shit that people go through that also manages not to be cheesy and over the top, this was personally my favorite of the bunch. Feel like it's really tough to pull off something like this, Bradley Cooper delivers his second best performance of all-time (nothing will ever top Wedding Crashers), and Jennifer Lawerence is...well there's a reason the entire world seems to be into her.

If you've got some time on your hands, definitely keep this open for a bit, and visit back as you please.
