One of the best shows on TV, hands down, returns on September 30th. It can't come soon enough. I'm not going to spoil a single second of the show, but last season was INTENSE. Claire Danes is a schizophrenic CIA officer who's uncovered (or, should we say, in the act of recovering) a wicked terrorist plot against the United States from a former POW. Like a more cerebral "24," it's a fantastic (fictional, duh) show about intel in the War on Terror and how that works in corridors of power. If you're coming in late, sprint -- do not walk -- to watch Season 1. The promos for season two, with Nicholas Brody as a bona fide politician, get us amped for all sorts of foreign affairs/counter-terrorist psychobabble.
