"Rampart" is a cop drama starring Woody Harrelson as morally corrupt Rampart police officer, Dave Brown. Brown is a Vietnam veteran with a super hero complex (among other things) whose world is coming apart amidst a scandal that involves him being caught on tape beating a suspect. Things begin to spiral from there.
