Mike Tyson, that serenader of LeBron James and Kevin Durant, is about to head to Broadway to star in a one-man show.
It's called "Mike Tyson: Undisputed Truth," and it's being directed by Spike Lee because why the f*ck not. And if Tyson's interview today with the Today Show is any indication, it will be as insane as you think.
The former champ promises to talk about his addictions, his jail sentence, and how his time as a "prostitute hunter" turned him into a vegan:
Now a much calmer Tyson describes himself as a "wimp" and a clean-living vegan. So what brought on all the changes?
"I just threw up the white flag," he said. "There was too many prison cells, too many jails, too many lawsuits, too many bankruptcies, too many women, too many venereal diseases, too many everything. I got tired. I really got tired of, you know, like every time a prostitute –- I would head back from a trip -- I had to sleep with her. So I just said, 'I'm going to live a different life.'"
The show debuts July 31.
