Short answer: Huge. As you know, we're pretty big fans of the American Dream around here. We're also pretty big fans of stepping out of your comfort zone, getting your hands dirty, trying to strike it big by grinding and working your butt off. That's what real Bros do. Sure, you can Occupy as many things as you want to, but you're not going to get anywhere in life by just complaining without a little hard-earned sweat behind it. And that's what we love about this promo for the upcoming season of "Gold Rush," the Discovery Channel's rabidly popular and intriguing show about gold prospectors on the Alaskan Frontier.

These guys are absolute blue collar bosses in every since of the word. As Jack Hoffman, the show's token wise old miner, notes in the clip: "I don't care for people who don't have the guts to try stuff. I don't want to hear that crap. I want to hear that you did it; that you stepped out and took a chance." Old guy swagga? Yeah buddy. You better believe it. We'll have to figure out a way to work him and his epic beard into Bro of the Week, just for being a boss at life. Check it out.
