"Star Trek Into Darkness" hits theaters May 15—and, judging by the last few trailers that have been released, it looks to be two hours of CGI'd explosions, J.J. Abrams light flares, and Alice Eve in her underwear. Nice!
There is a plot too. Here's the synopsis ripped from Paramount's website, because even though I saw (and enjoyed) the reboot, I have no fucking clue what's going on here:

With a personal score to settle, Captain Kirk leads a manhunt to a war-zone world to capture a one man weapon of mass destruction. As our heroes are propelled into an epic chess game of life and death, love will be challenged, friendships will be torn apart, and sacrifices must be made for the only family Kirk has left: his crew
