Last year marked the end of the best superhero film trilogy ever, and now we all really have to look forward to is whatever Warner Bros. decides to do with that Joseph Gordon-Levitt Robin flick. And 380 "Avengers" movies. And an X-Men movie a year. And Marvel doing "Guardians of the Galaxy" and "Ant-Man. And a Superman reboot this year.... Etc., etc., etc.

But even if the quantity of comic book movies isn't changing, it does remain to be seen if any other series reaches the heights that Batman reached during its best moments. Like Anne Hathaway in a catsuit.
