We generally see comedians in packed out auditoriums, or in those ruthless and dark caves they call comedy clubs. But what about when they're off the stage?

The short documentary above is a pretty cool look into the daily #grind Patton Oswalt and comedians on the road often endure--long hours staring at pavement and automobiles, longer hours sitting in hotel rooms, both which result in an odd reality that seems to lend itself well towards creating engaging and thought-provoking material. Sort of a really cool take on how sometimes it's the most bland and depressing things are the stuff that's actually funny. And how (depressingly-but-awesomely enough), this is exactly that which inspires fans.
