‘Jeopardy!’ contestant loses while wearing the correct answer

Returning Jeopardy! champion Sandie Baker missed the Final Jeopardy! clue Monday night. Happens often.

What doesn’t happen often — probably never — is a contestant wearing an answer.

Monday night’s episode of Jeopardy! wrapped up with a Final Jeopardy! question in the category of Signs & Symbols. The question read “Meant to evoke a person with arms outstretched & pointed downward, it was designed in 1958 by Gerald Holtom.”

Everyone act like they know the answer. It’s a peace symbol.

Baker didn’t know the answer either but the champ was ironically wearing a pair of peace symbol earrings.
