‘Arrested Development’ coming back as a series or movie

Creator Mitch Hurwitz confirmed that we haven’t seen the last of Arrested Development. The Netflix revival was a great (re)start, but it can still get better from here.

[Hurwitz] added, ‘I keep thinking about it, and why don’t we do the movie version of this and then do the series, because this series kinda peaks with the story?

‘I kinda go back and forth between that and a series. But here’s the most important thing, whatever we do, I want to get the cast all together and not do another anthology thing, and that’s why I keep thinking about kicking off with a special or a three-part show and then going into a series.

Then he asked Sarandos: ‘Are you game for that?’.

‘Absolutely,’ the Netflix boss replied. ‘In any form.’

Yippie, hooray! No more single character episodes! It’s back to the real deal Arrested Development we all know and love. I don’t care if they make it a Lifetime made-fo-TV movie, I just want to watch it. My vote would be for a 2 hour special leading into a full series. Unfortunately I don’t get a vote because only 742 people know who I am.
