My life now has new purpose, and that purpose is seeing the McDonald’s-themed Black Sabbath tribute band, Mac Sabbath. Rock Music has been dying for quite some time, but there are a few outposts of rock that have continued to pump lifeblood into the genre over the past few years, and one of those outposts is the ‘tribute band’.
Cover bands are awful, they just take someone else’s music and play it note-for-note while getting paid a cut of the cover charge at the door. Tribute bands on the other hand take some of history’s greatest music and puts a new spin on it. In the case of ‘Mac Sabbath‘, the Black Sabbath tribute band with McDonald’s themed songs, these dudes are putting out next level hits. You might think I’m just messin’ around here, but I’m not.
