The 2014 Brooklyn Hip-Hop festival concluded yesterday with a surprise performance by Jay-Z when he crashed Jay Electronica’s set. You can stream it in full here.
Unfortunately I missed this performance because I was on another borough, over on Randall’s Island for the three-night Phish festival, surrounded by hippies of every variety. Thankfully for me this video exists and I can just stream the full set in HD. WARNING: expect me to be even less funny than my usual unfunny self today, as I haven’t slept in several days thanks to the Phish from Vermont.
