Eminem had no part in the VMAs, but he was still the biggest story of the night. He announced his new album, MMLP2 and the first new single, “Berzerk,” during Beats by Dre commercials. If you’re not excited about this, you were probably really happy about all the awards One Direction won last night.
You can’t help but be amped for Marshall Mathers LP 2 with lyrics like “I’m ’bout to bloody this jack up; everybody get back. That’s why my pen needs a pad, ’cause my rhymes on the rag.”
With Nelly busy filming commercials for Honey Nut Cheerios, Eminem is exactly what hip hop needs right now.
The new album, MMLP2 doesn’t drop until November 5th, but you only have to wait until tomorrow, August 27th, for the first single, “Berzerk.” You can hear more from that song in the 2nd Beats commercial.
