Drake Drops ‘Trophies’ and ‘We Made It’ to Win Your New Year’s Eve

And here they are, not a day (or two) too soon. The first: “We Made It,” a verse-for-verse collaboration with Soulja Boy, who may or may not have acquired some compromising Drake to make this song. Seriously, “We Made It” is the equivalent of LeBron playing next season at St. Vincent-St. Mary. It's an act of charity.

Anyway, Drizzy's verse is blistering, the song samples the “Fiiiiiiixins” scene from Eastbound, and that black-and-white album cover is a photograph of the 2007 Powerball winners. It's random fun.

Then there's “Trophies.” Cut the volume up for “Trophies.”

Will we see more? Reportedly, a remix to “Wu-Tang Forever,” featuring the actual Wu-Tang Clan is also floating on a hard drive somewhere. All set for a New Year's Eve release, perhaps?
