For alliteration sake, “Wow, the Foo Fighters frontman’s fractured fibula is fucked.” Yes, that’s Dave Grohl’s right fibula. A nice anterior break clean through. It’s amazing Grohl continued to play the show as long as he did, seeing the gruesome x-ray now. But hearing him address the crowd when it happened, you could totally sense the former Nirvana drummer was in an obliderating amount of pain, doing his best to keep cool in front of like 50,000 fans.
