Supercut: Actors in Woody Allen movies before they were famous

By / 08.20.13

Woody Allen has launched more actors’ careers than you know. This amazing supercut shows just how many celebrities got their big break from appearing in a Woody Allen movie. “Hey mom, I got the Woody Allen movie!”

The question is, was he great at spotting talent, does he make people better actors, or did casting directors just like to cherry-pick from a recent popular movie? I would be willing to guess it’s a combination of all three. None-the-less, it’s impressive that one director could truly launch so many acting careers.
