Once upon a time, oh, about two years ago, the orange-skinned pop cultural grim known as "The Jersey Shore" ceased to exist. It was a beautiful, blissfully ignorant time for many high functioning, non-fist pounding adults. However, back in the day, the current GTL troupe wasn't the only ammo in MTV's arsenal for reality television. Today via The Village Voice we learn that MTV had another programming possibility on the table called "Bridge & Tunnel." 12 episodes of the Staten Island reality show were shot, but the network ended up abandoning it's trashier-than-thou exploits on cutting room floor. Check out the highly entertaining trailer for the show below. Do you wish MTV would have let this show see the light of day?
