It’s been over a month since the deadly traffic accident involving Tracy Morgan and friends, which claimed the life of James McNair, and while rumors have swirled about his condition, Morgan returned home over the weekend, proving that his leg is very much still attached, and he’s in otherwise good spirits.

While he walked with the assistance of a walker, and seemed a bit lethargic in the video from Entertainment Tonight, Morgan was all smiles, and thanked the photographers for their support and prayers. Morgan sustained a number of injuries including a broken leg, a broken femur, a broken nose and several broken ribs, which will require months of rehabilitation, but he seems to be well on the road to recovery.

With Tracy sidelined, pregnancy rates in the United States have likely plummeted. Get well soon, Tracy!
