Tracy Morgan is certifiably crazy, so he’s the perfect person to weigh in on the 2012 presidential campaign. Conan O’Brien was savvy enough to get the actor’s thoughts on last night’s episode and, surprise, they were flat-out outstanding. Coherent? Well, that’s a different story.

Morgan said he sees Barack Obama as a gangbanger who should get a teardrop tattoo on his face, but only if a 20-year-old from New Orleans does the artwork.

He also lauded Mitt Romney for having four wives, claimed he bought the Milwaukee Brewers, sang the “Good Times” theme, renamed O’Brien “C-Black,” and wore some gaudy jewelry. Extremely compelling television.
