Taylor Swift Registered The Domain Name ITaughtTaylorSwift HowToGiveHead.com

Earlier this week there was news that Taylor Swift and/or her team went after her former guitar teacher who had registered the domain name ITaughtTaylorSwift.com. He used that domain because, you know, HE TAUGHT TAYLOR SWIFT HOW TO PLAY THE GUITAR. Seems logical, but they made him dump it anyway.

So seeing as how Pandora’s box might suddenly be opened to others using Taylor Swift’s name for their Web site URLs Swift and her team apparently decided to take no chances and registered some other domains including one that might strike people as a bit odd…

ITaughtTaylorSwiftHowToGiveHead.com.

Seriously.

According to DomainWire

New York Daily News reported yesterday about Taylor Swift going after her former guitar teacher, who registered the domain name ITaughtTaylorSwift.com. Her management company apparently sent him a demand letter, stating that the domain name includes her “famous Taylor Swift trademark” in its entirety.

Sometimes when this happens, companies defensively register other domain names to protect themselves. It appears someone associated with Taylor Swift’s management team did just that.

MarkMonitor, the brand protection domain name registrar that works with Swift’s management company, registered a couple domain names since that story broke.

And, uh, this is a strange one: itaughttaylorswifthowtogivehead.com

Here’s the whois record they obtained showing that yes, they did in fact register ITaughtTaylorSwiftHowToGiveHead.com.

So to you, whoever you are, who did in fact teach Taylor Swift how to give head. Sorry, no dice. Move along, buddy.
