Since Donald Trump made his $5 million proposition to President Obama yesterday, Stephen Colbert wanted to offer something of his own to Trump. He is willing to give $1 million to a charity of Donald Trump's choice if Trump takes his proposition. I won't give it away, but let's just say his proposition includes Donald Trump's mouth and probably the most famous line from MTV's "The State."
