I’m still riding high from last night’s ‘SNL 40‘ special, which might have been the single greatest night in the history of television.
Nearly every great sketch of our lives were brought back to life last night, including (but not limited to) Celebrity Jeopardy, Matt Foley the Motivational Speaker, Nick the Lounge Singer, and there’s just so many more I can’t even count them all.
But for my money (that ridiculous amount I pay Time Warner each month) one of the best moments of the night was when Mike Meyers and Dana Carvey revived ‘Wayne’s World’ for a top 10, and then took a dump all over Kanye West (who was in the crowd), both calling him out and teaching him the meaning of boundaries, and talking about how Beck was a greater guest than Beyonce….Enjoy:
