Pinky and the Brain is one of those kid’s shows that takes on a completely new meaning once you finally become old enough to realize “holy shit this show is dark as hell.” You know how every episode of Rocko’s Modern Life was basically a thinly veiled 30-minute long sex joke? Pinky and the Brain is actually just a show about tortured lab rats that basically live in Guantanamo Bay, aka perfect material for a cartoon.
