Our Bro Steve Coulter recently wrote a nice little ditty about why Fall is much better than Summer. As he aptly points out, while summer blockbusters can get swallowed by CGI galore, autumn tends to produce some of the more mind-blowing movies of the year. Very much on this vein is The Counselor, Ridley Scott's take on getting a bit in to deep in the violent drug trade. Michael "live fast" Fassbender stars as a lawyer who gets in a bit of trouble when he tries to make some drug money, and Brad Pitt plays as an associate with long hair. The lovely Penelope Cruz and Cameron Diaz also star.
