That Alleged Iggy Azalea Sex Tape Will Probably Never Be Released

Despite the man who allegedly appears in the purported Iggy Azalea sex tape, Hefe Wine, saying he’d be fine with cashing in on it, it appears to be more and more unlikely that it will ever be released, according to the latest word from Iggy’s legal team.

Azalea has denied that the tape even involves her, but her legal team keeps sending out mixed messages such as saying that Iggy may have been a minor and may not have consented to the making of the video. Fast forward a few days and they sent out ANOTHER message that one could assume would only be released if the tape were actually real and did involve Iggy.

Now Iggy’s lawyers have fired off a letter to Vivid — obtained By TMZ — in which they say the name “Iggy” is gold … protected by U.S. Trademark.

Of course, Iggy Azalea is not the recording artist’s real name, it’s actually Amethyst Amelia Kelly so they do have a point, but it’s a point that seems rather moot if, as Iggy has claimed, the video is not even of her.

TMZ also reports that sources close to Iggy say she feels betrayed by her ex-boyfriend and the despite all the threats Vivid Entertainment is still interested in pursuing the video.

Stay tuned.
