‘Hugh Hefner Of The Hamptons’ Chartered 290-Foot Yacht And Packed It Full Of Hotties, Is Partying In The Galapagos

Marc J. Leder is a co-founder of the Sun Capital Partners private equity firm, which has allowed him to become co-owner of both the New Jersey Devils and the Philadelphia 76ers, which in turn has enabled him to throw some of the most outlandish parties the east coast has ever seen. Most recently the man known as the ‘Hugh Hefner of the Hamptons’ has chartered a 290-foot yacht, packed it full of 100 of his closest friends, and set sail for the Galapagos Islands off of Ecuador, one of the ‘Seven Wonders of the Underwater World’. Finance bro? Check. Yacht-wielding international playboy? Check. Owner of multiple professional sports franchises? Check.

Famous guests on this bro’s yacht include Bethenny Frankel of Real Housewives, Tiki Barber and his wife, Rachel Roy, and a ton of others. Here’s some pics of the antics they’ve been up to since embarking on the #SSLeder:

It’s not all fun and games though, as they nearly fell into disaster last weekend after almost running out of rosé wine. PageSix reports:

The near-crisis aboard the 290-foot Silver Galapagos, which has been redubbed by the mogul’s guests the “SS Leder,” was averted when the quick-thinking private-equity titan had a host of cases flown in from Ecuador at exorbitant costs to keep his harem happy.
On the boat with on-deck Jacuzzi, piano bar and massage room are 100 guests including Bethenny Frankel, Carole Radziwill, Lisa Hochstein and Rachel Roy.
“Emergency drop shipment of rosé today,” Instagrammed one.

When you’ve got a yacht filled with 100 of the most high maintenance women in the world the LAST thing you ever want to do is run out of rosé, so it was definitely a smart move flying in an emergency stash.

So what exactly makes Marc Leder the ‘Hugh Hefner of the Hamptons’? His ragers. He’s applied for 7 permits for this year’s 4th of July party to be held at his new $20 million mansion in the Village of Sagaponack. He’s also got a $15 million penthouse in Miami where he throws his ragers down south.

Let this be a message to all you bros out there: if you want to live a fruitful and happy life you MUST go to Wharton undergrad, and own a pro sports team at some point in your life. There’s simply no other way for you to consider yourself successful unless you get on this bro’s level.
