For those of you who have been living with your head stuck under rocks for the past few months, Nathan Fielder’s “Dumb Starbucks” coffee shop has been creating quite a stir in the media, and the episode where we get to see him actually create the damn thing finally aired last night. And you know what? It’s fucking hysterical.
The point of “Dumb Starbucks” is to help bring business to an independent and struggling coffee shop in Los Angeles. First thing’s first though, Nathan went and got some legal advice from the world’s least-thorough lawyer.
Seriously, who actually reads the fine print? Ain’t nobody got time fo’ dat. The one good piece of advice they got from the lawyer was that they needed to become parody artists in order to not get their assholes legally torn to shreds by Starbucks…and so that’s what they set out to do.
And what’s a Starbucks without a staff?
