Conan O’Brien Spends the Day At An Authentic Korean Spa, And WTF?

In this particularly bizarre segment from Conan O’Brien and Steven Yeun on ‘The Walking Dead’ they take a day trip to Los Angeles’ Wi Spa, an authentic Korean Spa, and suddenly I never have the desire to take care of my body again.

The spas of America are typically pretty gentle by world standards, the spa treatments we’re accustomed to range from gentle to firm massage, and things involving warm (not hot) oils. Which is why it’s all a bit shocking to watch Conan repeatedly Polar Bear his way through a series of hot and cold pools, then get his skin scrubbed off, then spend some time in a 200+ degree room full of Count Chocula. Seriously, what is up with the Count Chochula all over the floor in that room around 7:05?

Also, I wanted to say if you came here looking for a ‘Rub & Tug’ segment that’s not what Conan spent the day doing in Korea Town, Conan’s day was more akin to torture. However, if you’re looking for a first-person account of a ‘Rub & Tug’ you can check out the link at the end of this post.

Also, I want to send a big shout out to Steven Yeun for having the balls to spend the day naked with one of the weirdest looking human beings alive. I have no jokes about how his time on ‘The Walking Dead’ has prepared Steven Yeun for a naked day with Conan, but one can only imagine that training went a long way in this situation.
