I feel dumber for having watched. Seriously. I have no idea what this tandem Netflix/Adam Sandler wild west movie is even remotely about, other than setting the bar at a new low for future abominably bad movies. Didn’t laugh once during the whole two minutes of the trailer. Didn’t even grin. Most of the time was spent trying to discern what was even being said through the veil of some terrible western accents. Honestly, the best part of it was Luke Wilson going, “I’m drunkkk.”
How can you have an utter superstar comedic cast with the likes of Adam Sandler, Taylor Lautner, Rob Schneider, Steve Buscemi, Nick Nolte, Terry Crews, Jorge Garcia, Whitney Cummings, Will Forte, Luke Wilson, Danny Trejo, David Spade, Steve Zahn, John Turturro and Harvey Keitel, yet produce this apparent dumpster fire of a film!?
I mean, sure people are going to watch it. But only to see how bad it really is…
I hope to God Ridiculous 6 proves me wrong (it won’t), because I’m genuinely an Adam Sandler fan (the old stuff, who isn’t) but the prospects of this one are looking bleaker than Click.
