A trust fall is a "yay, we're f*cking friends!" exercise that has somehow become incorportated into the annals of fraternal lore. Back in the glory days of four months ago when I held title of Fraternity "Master" (complete with accompanying business card swag), it was my duty during one particularly thrilling pledge event to yell some exaggeratedly douchey sh*t about how this is what you live and die for, f*ck you, and that your brothers will fight for you in a way similar to how Johnny Drama stood up to the big, bad Seth Green. The ritual ended with a bunch of blindfolded freshman falling into the arms of their big brother, and yay best friends forever. 

Human being Blake Gigsby, in an apparent need to be validated by total strangers, takes the idea of "trust falls" and adds a nice flavor of pranksmanship. This nicely puts the questionable fraternal tradition in its place, while simultaneously providing some solid situational entertainment. Solid work all around.
